A closed-loop Design–Build–Test–Learn optimization backbone for de novo design of the molecular biosensors and actuators that couple neurons to ultrasound — the enabling molecules for non-invasive, molecular brain–computer interfaces.

Flagship target: gas-vesicle acoustic reporter genes (ARGs).

Reference implementation and methods platform. In-silico oracles are labelled as such; the contribution is the closed-loop backbone into which real wet-lab data streams plug directly.
